We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our IT team.

As a Cognyter you wil:

• Translate Business Requirements: Convert business and product requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events — prioritizing OOTB capabilities before custom development.
• Build Integrations: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, Power Automate, and other middleware tools.
• Architect for Scale: Participate in architectural discussions, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure implementation aligns with platform best practices, governance, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Drive Project Success: Plan, track, and manage feature delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues, managing day-to-day workflows and technical risks.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Sales and Service business stakeholders, QA, and Product teams. Apply AI tools effectively to accelerate development, automate processes, and enhance solution quality.

Requirements

For this mission you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous Apex.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, governor limits, and development best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ability to recommend out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities before custom development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and other project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
