We're looking for a Backend Developer to join our team in Florianópolis (SC) / Brazil. You'll build high-performance services that process real-time data in mission-critical environments.

What you'll do

· Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services in modern C++ on Linux

· Process high-throughput data streams with a focus on reliability and low latency

· Integrate services with databases, APIs, and distributed components

· Investigate complex production issues and optimize performance

· Ship and maintain applications in containerized environments (Docker / [Kubernetes])

· Improve our automation, testing, and engineering practices

What you bring

· Professional experience with C++

· Solid experience developing on Linux

· Knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning

· Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, sockets)

· Experience with databases and service integration

· Advanced English proficiency

Nice to have

· Experience with telecom or network protocols ([e.g., SIP, RTP, ASN.1])

· CMake, CI/CD, and automated testing (unit and integration)

· Docker / Kubernetes

· Python for tooling and testing
