• Design high-quality creatives for all digital and print requirements.
• Create engaging images, videos, reels, carousels, and marketing assets for all social media platforms.
• Develop creative materials for internal HR initiatives, employee engagement campaigns, events, branding, and corporate communications.
• Design brochures, banners, presentations, flyers, emailers, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other teams to deliver creative projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative best practices.

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or technology company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, print designs, videos, and reels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD), Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, and other modern design tools.
• Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and UI design principles.
• Creative mindset with strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
