Essential Functions

1. Product sourcing, such as electronic components, standard electronic components, EMS, etc;

2. Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate related terms such as inquiries and negotiations for purchased materials, conduct risk assessments for materials and procurement targets, and plan annual procurement activities;

3. Internal collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as design, quality, and logistics to advance project and business progress, and conduct necessary periodic interaction plans with suppliers, such as annual audits, monthly meetings, etc;

4. Data management: Lead the sorting of departmental data and processes, clarify the sources of improvement identified in the current business flow, and organize reviews of rules, operating procedures, and processes that comply with the business environment in accordance with the company and department level business plans;

5. On site audits, visits, regular communication with suppliers, regular investigation of supplier production capacity and quality stubborn issues, promotion of improvement, and other tasks arranged by the company.
 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Understand international trade, business and other related knowledge, and have a certain level of practical experience;

2. Previously responsible for small process construction and optimization, or company level process or efficiency improvement activities;

3. Having experience in sourcing and practical experience in market sourcing and audit visits;

4. Familiar with mainstream management software such as Office and SAP;

Minimum education and work experience required

1. Bachelor's degree with about 5 years of work experience;

2. Major in science and engineering, with some understanding of the electronics industry, priority given to the 3C industry;

3. Able to communicate in English for work, be able to work in multi-culture environment.
