Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

• Handle financial aspects such as processing invoices, managing suppliers, and leading procurement for office needs.
• Own and manage tools and licenses used by the company.
• Develop and enforce travel and expense policies.

Employee Experience:

• Develop the employee experience domain, focusing on creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including happy hours, team-building events, and holidays celebrations.
• Manage remote employees' home office wellbeing, ensuring they feel connected to the HQ.
• Develop creative ideas to enhance employee morale and foster a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement employee feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.

• Proven experience in office management, facilities management, or a related field.
