Software Engineer I ( Java + UI ) full stack developer

Job Description

The Software Engineer I engineers secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions, with appropriate mentoring, to advance CMEG in the global marketplace and serve risk management needs of customers around the world.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Conducts coding at sprint level potentially minimal design in POD model
• Conducts unit testing of own code. Reviews unit tests with mentor.
• Exhibits basic proficiency in language knowledge; Writes application modules and unit tests with guidance.
• Exhibits knowledge of SQL and basic database modelling.
• Implements designs received from managers or immediate supervisors.
• optimises code with supervision. Applies learning from prior code reviews and helps with environment build deployments. Corrects identified defects and issues.

* Willing to work in production issues on rotational basis

Skills & Software Requirements:

Good hands on implementation in React.Js / Java / API development
Good knowledge of backend BQ/SQL/Postgres with basic modelling

Good working experience in cloud , nice to have GCP experience
