Principal Oracle Implementation Lead

We are seeking a high-caliber Oracle Functional Lead to act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for a key client in Dubai. This role is dual-faceted: you will oversee the successful deployment of an Oracle Cloud Billing solution while simultaneously driving a CX Redwood implementation. You will be the vital link between the client’s stakeholders and our offshore delivery center in India, ensuring both projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the onsite lead and trusted advisor for all project-related matters.
- Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically covering Billing and CX.
- Offshore Coordination: Lead daily synchronization with the India-based technical team to ensure development meets client specifications and timelines.
- Meeting Orchestration: Organize and chair project steering committee meetings, workshops, and technical deep-dives between the client and offshore teams.
- Crisis Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks or conflicts early; develop and execute mitigation plans to maintain delivery momentum.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards, focusing heavily on end-user adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Oracle Cloud Receivables: Deep functional expertise in accounts receivable, collections, and revenue management.
- Oracle Cloud PPM: Specialist knowledge in Project Billing modules, including contract creation, billing cycles, and inter-company invoicing.
- CX Redwood Implementation(Preferable): Proven experience or strong functional understanding of the Oracle CX Redwood user experience and its deployment nuances.
- Understanding is required if the expertise is not there.
- Integrated Solutions: Ability to manage the touchpoints between Billing, PPM, and CX environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Implementation History: At least 2–3 full-lifecycle implementations within the private sector.
- Regional Expertise: Prior experience working with clients in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred (familiarity with local business culture and VAT requirements).
- Hybrid Delivery Model: Demonstrated success working in an Onsite-Offshore model, specifically managing teams in India.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to explain technical complexities to non-technical C-suite stakeholders.
- Resilience: Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and "crisis mode" scenarios with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
