Job Type: 3-Month Internship and Full-Time Employment
Location: 25 Watline Ave. #300, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2Z1
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Salary: $3,000 for the first three months, $65,000 annually if selected for full time
Key Responsibilities
- Trained in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Support Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows
- Help build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs
- Debug, test, and deploy Salesforce features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Assist with data migration, data cleanup, and reporting tasks
- Document development processes and technical implementations
- Participate in code reviews and agile development processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business studies or a related field
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong interest in cloud platforms and CRM technologies
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Internship Duration & Career Opportunity
- Initial Duration: 3 months internship
- Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated throughout the internship
- Opportunity: High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Business Analyst
