Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. This role requires a proactive individual skilled in modern web technologies, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js and React.js with additional experience in back-end development, databases, and exposure to Salesforce as a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, Tailwind).

·       Collaborate with designers to turn wireframes into accessible UI components.

·       Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG, AODA, ADA) with semantic HTML and ARIA roles.

·       Optimize performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.

·       Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with modern JavaScript and React Query.

·       Manage application state using React Context or Redux Toolkit.

·       Maintain code quality with Git/GitHub, code reviews, and automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library).

·       Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and platforms like Vercel or Netlify.

·       Stay updated on trends in front-end development and accessibility standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       Strong understanding of web application architecture, development, and deployment.

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Good communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork.

Must Have Skills:

·       JavaScript (ES6+): Modern syntax, async/await, and DOM manipulation.

·       React.js: Functional components, hooks, context, and routing.

·       Next.js: SSR, SSG, and SEO optimization.

·       Modern CSS: Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables, and nesting.

·       Tailwind CSS & UI Libraries: Utility-first styling, Material UI.

·       State Management: React Context, Redux Toolkit, and React Query.

·       TypeScript: Type-safe React applications.

·       Accessibility & Performance: Semantic HTML, ARIA, and lazy loading.

·       Development Tools: Git/GitHub, npm/yarn, and testing with Jest/RTL.

Good to Have (Preferred):

·       WCAG & Accessibility: Compliance with WCAG 2.2, AODA, and ADA standards, including semantic HTML, ARIA roles, color contrast, and keyboard navigation.

·       Testing & Quality Assurance: Tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and accessibility testing tools (Axe, Lighthouse).

·       Design Collaboration: Handoffs using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with knowledge of design tokens and responsive systems.

·       Performance Optimization: Strategies for image optimization, code splitting, caching, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.

·       CI/CD & Deployment: Deployments via GitHub Actions, Vercel, and Netlify, with automated testing pipelines.

·       Progressive Web Apps (PWA): Building offline-first apps using service workers and push notifications.
