About the Role:
As a Product Intern – Technical Partnerships, you'll play a crucial role in integrating CleverTap with various third-party platforms, enhancing our ecosystem, and providing seamless experiences for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to explore and implement integrations, contribute to marketplace development, and support our technical partner program.
What you will do:
- Gather and discuss requirements with engineering and product stakeholders
- Build and launch features by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Develop and own the product roadmaps within the product area, prioritizing increments based on inputs of external and internal stakeholders
- Work with Sales, Design and Engineering to develop feature-level specifications (PRDs) inclusive of UX/UI design, then validate assumptions, prototypes, and designs directly with existing or prospective customers.
- Participate in regular sprint ceremonies to oversee the execution of planned features.
- Resolve issues by closely monitoring product issues and escalate as required.
- Work with Customer Success and Sales to account for and co-own NPS, and C-SAT scores.
- Detailed data analysis and structured decision-making
- Interact with customer-facing teams (eg: Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) to obtain customer feedback and structure them to arrive at decisions.
- Collect and analyze data for feature adoption, draw insights to enable better adoption.
- Perform ecosystem analysis and benchmarking. Design industry first
breaking products to solve customers and industry problems.
What are we looking for?
Must have :
- Graduate in Engineering with 1+ year of experience in software engineering or product development.
- Experience in building software and scaling software
- B.E. specialising in IT, marketing, strategy, or Business Analytics will be preferred.
- Experience in working with enterprise customers, requirement gathering, structured approach to problem-solving, collecting and interpreting qualitative product data, and customer/ user feedback.
- Detailed-oriented with exceptional documentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in collating and analyzing data to arrive at business decisions.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts and workflows.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies like Sprint, Kanban, etc.

Functional: Product marketing strategies, project management skills, pricing and packaging exposure
Behavioural & Soft skills: Cross-functional team management, strong presentation, influencing skills
