About the Role

This is a hands-on creative leadership role at an early-stage ambient AI startup, focused on shaping how the company is perceived and experienced in the market. Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Marketing, Product, and Leadership, you'll translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and narratives that resonate across every touchpoint. It's a rare opportunity to define a brand from the ground up at a company building something genuinely new in the AI space.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evolve the visual identity across brand, marketing, product, communications, and content channels.

• Translate brand strategy into clear visual systems, narratives, campaigns, and customer experiences.

• Create high-quality visual assets including launch materials, presentations, campaigns, social content, web pages, and brand collateral.

• Build design concepts that make complex technology clear and culturally relevant to a broad audience.

• Shape visual storytelling for key moments and establish design principles that enable scalable, consistent branding.

• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to support business goals while maintaining brand integrity.

• Collaborate with leadership to influence the company's market perception through strategic creative direction.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of design experience specializing in brand identity, visual systems, campaigns, and creative direction.

• Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into visual systems, campaigns, narratives, and customer experiences.

• Proficiency creating high-quality assets across launch materials, presentations, social, web, and brand content.

• Experience developing and evolving visual identity systems across multiple channels simultaneously.

• Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution — structure and detail in equal measure.

• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Leadership stakeholders.

• Comfort operating in fast-paced startup environments while maintaining high creative standards.

• Background in luxury, DTC, wellness, or technology brands is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 – $170,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
