Senior Software Development Engineer

As a member of our GenAI team, you will play a key role in developing and refining agentic solutions based on the latest LLM models. Collaborating with a diverse group of experts, you will be at the forefront of AI research and development, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing automated solutions and data-driven insights for large-scale financial clients. 

Responsibilities:  

• Research, design, and implement solutions using state-of-the-art AI models and techniques to enhance our existing systems. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. 

• Analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and develop robust agentic workflows. 

• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. 

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, and integrate them into our existing systems. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and continuously improve AI capabilities. 

Required Skills:   

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

• SaaS software delivery and lifecycle. 

• Excellent in one or more programming languages, and proficient in Python 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

• Understanding of LLM capabilities and agentic techniques. 

• Passion for AI research and a drive to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements. 

• Familiarity with investment management industry and concepts 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing. 

• Knowledge of FinTech, especially investment accounting, is a plus.
