Job Description
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 9+ years of expertise and at least 3 years in a Architect role.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions, including architecture, governance, and technical strategy.
- Deep expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping & ITSM.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions.
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
- Exposure to Now Assist and AI-powered capabilities.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent advanced certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, cloud, or infrastructure modernization programs.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and distributed teams within complex enterprise environments.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role
- Define and drive the technical standards, architectural and governance framework, and platform technical strategy.
- Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe implementations.
- Provide architectural leadership across CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, integrations, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices, and identify opportunities to optimize platform performance, governance, and operational efficiency.
