Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Product Full Stack Engineer to join our Med Tech Engineering Team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain to build high-quality, scalable applications while contributing to the design, development, and evolution of our modern software systems.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong experience designing and developing full stack applications

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies to enhance software delivery and engineering productivity

  • Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and ecosystems, including LLMs, generative AI applications, AI APIs, and related frameworks

  • Ability to assess and adopt AI-driven solutions that improve application capabilities, developer experience, and SDLC effectiveness

  • Good experience working with Python, AWS, Angular, relational databases, and other related technologies

  • Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards

  • Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles

  • Experience working with modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective and scalable solutions

  • Good experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

  • Experience reviewing code and guiding engineering best practices

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to team members

  • Familiarity with evaluating and adopting new technologies

What will you be doing in this role? 

As a member of the engineering team, you will step into a key role in designing, building, and enhancing software solutions from product conception to the end user interface.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full stack applications on the Cloud, have a meaningful impact on our customers, and work in our high energy, innovative, fast-paced Agile culture

  • Drive rapid prototyping and development with Product and Technical teams in building and scaling high-value applications and functionalities.

  • Define and contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions

  • Deliver complex features across systems while ensuring performance, quality, and maintainability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Drive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentation

  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance where needed

  • Continuously evaluate and improve systems, processes, and technologies

Product you will be developing

Supporting and developing AI-enabled solutions for a suite of products that track medical devices and supplies across various markets and regions and provide valuable insights to our Biotech and Pharmaceutical clients. 

About the Team

This role works closely with the product managers, data analytics and operations teams, other internal IT teams, and external vendors and partners. The team has over 15 engineers and reports to the Director of Software Engineering. 

Hours of Work

  • Full-time 

  • 40 hrs/week 

  • Hybrid working model
