Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Data Engineer, who has good Database experience along with good knowledge of API. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Graduate in BTech or any similar field
• At least 3 years of experience developing Pipelines for data-based applications using PySprak, GlueJobs, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cloud native technologies and integration patterns.
• At least 1 year of experience in writing Unit test cases.
• Good understanding of software development principles, including Distributed Systems, Design Patterns.
• Working knowledge of version control e.g., GIT, etc
• Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to Docker, and Linux is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Focused, enthusiastic, motivated, and have the desire to progress by learning, executing, and experimenting.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins
• Ability to think through a problem at a conceptual level and propose solutions.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Design database schema to meet new enhancement requirements; 
• Optimize database performance; 
• Develop appropriate corrective actions to resolve production data issues; 
• Develop ETL strategies for integrating or migrating data from multiple sources. 
• Develop simple and complex stored procedures, functions and views to meet enhancement requirements; 

• Provide best practice guidance to the development team with regard to database design and usage; 
• Provide technical support to operations and business application teams 

Product you will be developing. 

Market Access Intelligence (MAI) - We work with large volumes of data associated with types of insurance covered in the US based on age, demographics and treatments. 

Our product helps major pharma companies and insurance providers to take key decisions on forming their strategies in the US market, along with the comparison of their performance with their competitors. We develop very intensive data-based visualization for our users to understand and download data in an efficient way.
