Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on our Vega Product Suite. This position will report to the team lead for the team.  

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline

• 2+ years of development experience

• 2+ years of React or Angular experience

• 2+ years of Java development experience

• 2+ years with Spring, Spring Boot

• 3+ years of experience with AWS technologies

• 3+ years Object Oriented design and development methodologies

• ​3+ years of experience with Docker

• Machine Learning experience

• Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

• Experience with relational databases and database design using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

• Experience with WebGL or Unity

• Experience with HTML5 Canvas Graphics

• Experience with Bootstrap 5, Material Design, and Theme Engines

• Experience with an IDP and authentication protocols

• Android or IOS experience

It would be great if you also have . . .

• Machine Learning experience

Product you will be developing 

Vega is an AWS based SaaS multi-tenant platform, with multiple cross functional components which combine to deliver a unified, connected data experience across a library’s internal and marketing data, to a customer interaction management suite that is available for use by public libraries worldwide! 

About the team

This will be a new team of 9 highly skilled engineers and 3 QA, based in Belgrade and US. The project assignment will be working on the Vega Discover experience for our Engineering and Project Stakeholders. The team will report to a US-based Manager for guidance and tasking.

Hours of Work 

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. 

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
