Description

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager who can join our central global Brand team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on a wide variety of brand projects that support our growing global business. We would love to speak with you if you have project management experience and a wide understanding of the creative process.


Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Creative Project Manager is a key liaison between the team and internal and external partners. You will be responsible for successfully completing and timely delivering creative projects, driving them from brief to concept, iterations, sign-off, and final delivery. As an expert planner, you will scrutinize project briefs, develop them into clearly defined project plans, coordinate and attend meetings, and determine and secure suitable resources.

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with creatives and a thorough understanding of the creative process
  • At least 1 year of experience managing agencies/third-party relationships

It would be great if you also had...

  • Experience working on brand development projects, creative campaigns or video production projects
  • Experience using project management tools and developing processes for their use and integration with other tools
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite, Wrike (or similar) and Studio management tools
  • Professional project management qualification desirable but not essential

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Create clear, concise and detailed project plans, including the creation of Gantt charts, to both execute creative projects effectively and monitor their progress
  • Lead project kick-offs involving all relevant parties, driving the agenda and keeping the discussion on the topic
  • Plan and book resources
  • Organize project teams, which may be geographically disparate
  • Manage multiple campaigns with multiple deadlines, ensuring all projects are completed according to time and budget schedules
  • Maintain effective communication, keeping the team up-to-date with regular status reports
  • Identify, communicate and manage project dependencies and risks
  • Master time management – adjust and communicate schedules, ensuring all parties remain on point
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and spend

About the Team

The Brand team is a dedicated, passionate, and welcoming group of talented individuals worldwide. They come together to develop and protect the Clarivate brand and are united in their dedication to designing and optimizing Clarivate brand experiences for customers and colleagues. Internal stakeholders are primarily in Marketing, but the team collaborates with colleagues from across the business including Communications, Product, HR and Sales.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.  This is a hybrid position working in the Mexico Cit office 2-3 days a week.
