Job Description

Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and help support the successful delivery of cardiac safety clinical trials that advance global healthcare innovation. As a Project Coordinator within our Cardiac Solutions team, you will partner closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support study execution from startup through closeout. You will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining study documentation, tracking deliverables, supporting financial processes, and ensuring a high level of service for sponsors and internal teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in clinical research project management while contributing to innovative cardiac safety solutions used in clinical trials worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Project Managers throughout the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies.

  • Assist with study database setup and maintenance activities to support project execution and data integrity.

  • Prepare, maintain, and organize study documentation and project records throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory activities to support study requirements.

  • Create, update, and distribute project reports, status updates, meeting materials, and study communications.

  • Support the archival of study documentation and records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate Project Assurance meetings, prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.

  • Assist with documentation and database updates resulting from project scope changes and operational requirements.

  • Support financial activities, including invoice reconciliation follow-up and project forecasting reports.

  • Facilitate issue management by documenting, monitoring, and tracking project issues to support timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.

  • Monitor project tasks and deliverables to help ensure study timelines and milestones are achieved.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and participate in sponsor meetings and conference calls as requested by the Project Manager.

  • Take ownership of assigned project activities and lead specific project tasks and deliverables when appropriate.

  • Ensure timely completion of required training, documentation, and compliance activities.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful achievement of departmental objectives.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience within pharmaceutical, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or related industries.

  • Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.

  • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • High attention to detail with demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries, requests, and project deadlines.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and operational support.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative global team environment.
