City Experiences is seeking a Project Manager for our Accounting operations.

About the Opportunity:
Project Manager will support the SVP of Revenue Management and Merchandising in developing and executing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance merchandising strategies. They will collaborate with corporate and field leaders (e.g., commercial, finance, port teams) to ensure timely project delivery, track milestones, and maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate on the design of product and merchandising initiatives
Partner with corporate and field leaders (e.g., commercial, finance, port teams) to design and refine product concepts and launch plans
Drive the development of new sales initiatives (e.g., VIP upgrades, premium certificates), coordinating with Sales, Marketing and port teams to ensure bottom-up ideation and adaptation to markets
Align functional teams on product strategies, ensuring operational readiness and marketing alignment
Develop Business Cases and Drive Strategic Planning
Build business cases and model scenarios to assess the viability of new products / programs
Lead data-driven analyses to support decision-making on new product launches and program updates
Define milestones, KPIs, and project plans to track progress and measure success
Program Manage Cross-Functional Initiatives
Oversee the execution of new programs, ensuring timely delivery and resource alignment
Provide project management expertise for new programs (e.g., loyalty platform overhaul)
Troubleshoot challenges and adjust plans to meet evolving priorities
Support cruise product optimization
Facilitate integration of new products to ensure consistency across cruises and drive revenue
Lead initiatives to collect and analyze onboard data, identifying opportunities to expand offerings
Track success of new product launches to consistently adapt and innovate based on customer data
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience required in strategic planning, revenue management, project management or business / corporate development roles
- Demonstrable experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Executive communication experience
- Travel and Transportation experience preferred
