The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the management of multiple projects aligned to the ServiceNow platforms. The person in this role will be required to lead interactions with various stakeholders and develop the strategic implementation plan to complete the given project objectives. This role will also liaise between key technology and business partners across CTI and segments and will assist with compilation of accurate executive reporting and progress updates to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of project level summary, status and risks throughout the project life cycle and represent the technology team

  • Lead a culture of innovation & experimentation, support full software lifecycle that incorporates the best of technology approaches & delivery methodologies

  • Actively participate in brainstorming session and provide solid inputs to the team and ensure best practices are followed within the team.

  • Validate detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout schedules, etc.

  • Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.

  • With minimal information, assist the Development /Product leads in planning and estimation.

  • Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.

  • Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.

  • Should be adept in working with multiple stakeholders such as the business and others to clarify requirements, resolve conflicting priorities, remove impediments, and build quality processes.

  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.

  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.

  • Help the program manager(s) by managing projects and budgets on monthly basis with tools such as Confluence and Jira for collaborative information sharing / tracking.

  • Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through responsibility for delivery of end results

  • Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills

  • Applies sound and ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, as well as escalates, manages and reports control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with others


Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with Service Now platform administration, configuration, and monitoring.

  • 5+ years managing ServiceNow or similar Service Management products

  • Experience with SeriviceNow platform upgrades and clones.

  • Experience in ATF is a plus

  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem solving skills

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
