Job Description

The role is a Product management position accountable for design, delivery and adoption of Investor Services Data & AI Marketplace solutions. You will partner with Investor Services and Platform partners to launch digital solutions built on market leading enterprise platforms leveraging the latest Data & AI capabilities.

The role requires an individual with exceptional Product Management expertise with deep Data & AI knowledge. You have experience in Investment Management and have worked across Product, Business and Technology to design, launch, commercialize, and scale innovative digital solutions. You have a proven track-record with Generative AI to improve product delivery and enhance client experience.

You are a change agent, curious and passionate about data and technology, with critical focus on delivering business outcomes, you excel at working with clients and internal users on advanced digital solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Investor Services product and platform teams to scale the Data & AI Marketplace
  • Drive solution growth through targeted advocacy and enablement processes.
  • Establish strong rapport with clients to drive co-creation development and introduce new solutions.
  • Define, establish, implement and document reusable, consistent patterns that reduce time to market and enhanced value for clients and partners
  • Close collaboration with data governance and data stewards for consistent application and adoption of policies, controls, and programs to ensure data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
  • Define and implement metrics-driven priorities for client feedback and prioritization.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. ​

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years relevant experience in Digital Product management with Investment Management industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Data & AI – clear understanding of AI fundamentals
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple product programs simultaneously.
  • Thought leadership experience – via Industry events, journals and targeted articles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with advanced experience in using technical tools and programming languages (Python, SQL, etc).
  • Attention to detail is a must, with excellent verbal, written and relationship skills to be used to interact with a global group. Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
  • Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$182,400.00 - $273,600.00
