We are seeking an experienced Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in building large-scale cloud-native solutions, to take a central role in the design and delivery of our next-generation developer platform. In the role, you will lead the design and delivery of critical platform capabilities, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Your work will significantly enhance developer productivity and experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of our core developer platform, focusing on usability, reliability, and scalability.
- Own and drive strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor team members on engineering best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional experience in software engineering.
- Professional experience developing backend (server-side) applications.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js , Java or Go.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native development, particularly with Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of security best practices in application development, including authentication, authorization, credential management, encryption, and certificate management.
- Hands-on experience implementing scalable developer-focused platforms.
- Knowledge of modern software architectures, CI/CD methodologies, and Agile development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB (Desirable)
- Experience as tech lead (Desirable)
