Engineering Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Engineer, design and implement front and back-end components for private cloud initiatives. Meet quality standards within existing and planned frameworks. Manage back-end processes evaluating new cloud technologies and proof of concepts. Oversee application tuning, performance optimization and overall maintenance, including application monitoring and alerting automation. Serve as subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide technological direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives and in creating a technology domain roadmap. Ensure integration of technical functions meet the business goals and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements. Recommend product customization for system integrations and identify problem causality, business impact and root causes. Coordinate with technology team in design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure. Develop complex, relational and NoSQL Database Schemas. Code complex queries, views and stored procedures. Develop user interface for private cloud platform. Use MongoDB, Oracle and PostgreSQL to develop complex SQL and NoSQL and engineer solutions to deploy and manage these databases. Use Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Javascript to create and consume API and web front-end services to develop self-service capabilities. Use VSCode, IntelliJ, Git, Bitbucket, Github, Artifactory, Docker; Rest and SOAP API’s to develop and set up available, disaster-recovery ready web infrastructure to provide enterprise grade cloud database services. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience as an Engineering Lead Analyst, Technology Lead, Program Analyst, Technology Analyst or related position involving front and back-end cloud platform development. 3 years of experience must include: MongoDB, Oracle; Java, Spring Boot; Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Javascript; VSCode, IntelliJ, Git, Bitbucket, Github, Artifactory, Docker; and Rest and SOAP API’s.
