Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst - C12 - SAO PAULO

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

• This is a technical position, requiring deep technical knowledge in development, system, servers and database infrastructures: Needs to be a tech expert.
  • Acts in all activities of the project, since development until implementation,  develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
  • Attend project adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
  • Be a Tech Enthusiast.
  • Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
  • Applies good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT projects collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
  • Directly impacts the IT project area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
  • Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 5-8 years experience in an IT project management and development SQL and Java
• S.O Windows server 2012 R2
• Application Server IIS
• MSSQL Server
• MSMQ
• Web Services Stateful/Stateless
• DevOps - Continuous Integration
• YAML 
• Knowledge of web services and APIs (SOAP e RESTful)
• ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework
• Front-end with HTML, CSS e JavaScript
• JavaScript frameworks
• Java EE: com sistemas web como JSP/Servlet and JSF
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Oracle
• Git and CVS
• Agile methodology XP, Scrum
• Microsoft Office

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced/Intermediate English and Spanish (contact with regional and global teams)
