About the Team & Business Line

As a core member of our Company Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
• You will be responsible for managing and updating corporate data points within the client's database based on legal document analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• You will intensively communicate with various Citco teams and external parties to ensure that data on the client's database is correct and up-to-date.
• You will collect and maintain data from multiple sources within the client's database.
• You will check, sort and upload client related documents into client and/or internal database following specific rules and instructions.
• You will support and assist senior team members in coordinating client service processes, communicating with the client and external parties to meet established deadlines.
• You will answer various queries from the client or third parties and provide necessary information when needed.

About You:
• 1-2 years experience of database administration / other administrative work preferably in legal or financial services industry or international company.
• You are accurate, result driven and have excellent communication skills.
• You have very good computer skills (Microsoft Office packages).
• You are fluent in English language (written and spoken).

Salary Range
1900 - 2580 EUR GROSS
