Meet the Team

You will collaborate with a diverse, multi-functional team including Supply Chain Program Managers (SCPMs), Product Engineers (PEs), Manufacturing partners (MPa), the Chief Development Office (CDO), Manufacturing Operations, Product Marketing, Global Supplier Management (GSM), Quality, and Offer Enablement teams.
 

Your Impact

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle management of commodities and peripherals, ensuring cost and quality excellence. You will manage critical processes such as MCNs, supply chain changes, compliance, LTB, risk mitigation, and EOL strategies.

As an NPPM, you will lead product introductions from pre-concept through to Time To Quality and Volume (TTQV). You will be accountable for:

• Strategic Planning: Engaging with engineering teams early to scope projects and build robust plans.
• Lifecycle Governance: Ensuring compliance with quality gates throughout the product lifecycle.
• Operational Execution: Leading multi-functional teams to meet performance metrics for scope, cost, quality, and Time To Market (TTM).
• Risk Management: Driving prototype and pilot builds, influencing manufacturing capacity, and implementing mitigation strategies for supply chain and design stability.
  
   

Minimum Qualifications :

• BA/BS degree and 9+ years NPI, Program &/or Project Management experience.
• Background in Prod/Mfg Operations, Quality & Supply Chain Management
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management from FCS to End of Life
• Working knowledge and understanding of different manufacturing and fulfillment models (i.e. EMS, OEM/ODM/JDM, Build-To-Stock, Software fulfillment, Country enablement)
• Awareness and familiarity with software consumption models and tools (i.e. XaaS, Flexible Consumption Models, Cloud providers, Software Licensing, New Offer Structures)
   

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience of working in a New Product Introduction (NPI) MFG environment with Contract Manufacturers and ODM/JDM suppliers.
• Functional knowledge of product development methodologies (ie. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent executive level communication and influencing skills
• Experience with data analytic tools & AI to apply to business problems
