JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• This IPSD Large Engines mechanical engineer role has responsibility for integrating C9.3 – C18 engines into 3^rd party applications, with a focus on ensuring the engine configuration meets customer requirements.  The IPSD Product Line team delivers engines and engine systems to meet market requirements from concept through to production phase.
• Enable customer / dealer orders through custom Design to Order (DTO) requests.
• Maintain Pricelists for Firepump engines
• Support Firepump certification maintenance
• Support Pricelist maintenance for 13L, 15L, 18L product offerings
• Assist to resolve factory build issues as they arise

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review dealer requests, provide direct feedback as needed.
• Update pricelist compatibility thru PACN, PLCN’s
• Manage pricelist and Pricing arrangement models

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering 
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• JT / Viz / Creo
• Knowledge of IPSD-L engines C9 – C18.
• Experience with commercial engine ordering systems – EOMP, CSQ
• Experience with commercial engine pricelists, CTS system, PACN, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• MS Office and efficient communication across engineering, factory operations, dealers, sales, marketing, product support
