Job Title: Data Science Team Lead
Overview: Lead the Data Science team to drive analytics strategy, oversee project execution, and deliver impactful data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor analytics team; manage projects and ensure collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics; adjust strategies for business impact.
- Establish data governance policies ensuring integrity and security.
- Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for critical milestones.
- Provide technology leadership in analytics visualization and dashboard design.
- Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and advanced coding tools.
- Communicate data value clearly; influence adoption of data-driven improvements.
- Perform risk assessment, contingency planning, and project realignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years in managing complex technology infrastructure programs.
- 5+ years in a supervisory role delivering analytical solutions.
- Experience with SDLC: design, testing, deployment, documentation.
- Proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and execute.
