Manager, Product Governance and Policies & Procedures MY
Location: Malaysia
- Responsible for the daily operations of the MPAC Secretariat, including handling correspondence and queries in the Secretariat's mailboxes.
- Review proposals submissions to ensure adherence with MPAC Terms of Reference and MPAP requirements.
- Provide assistance to proposers/stakeholders on the submission of proposals via the MPAP BWS.
- Review proposal submission templates, presentation decks and supporting documents to ensure in order before distribution to MPAC members ahead of scheduled meetings.
- Document all discussions and decisions by MPAC accurately in official meeting minutes and ensuring conditions/action items are properly tracked and closed.
- Facilitate the compilation and communication of MPAC decisions to the respective proposers.
- Review the monthly summary of MPAC decisions for completeness and accuracy in preparation for submission to the Group Risk & Compliance Committee (GRCC).
- Update the MPAC Terms of Reference when needed, and coordinate approvals with the relevant committees.
- Review and organize all necessary documentation for MPAC, such as templates, minutes, slides, reports, and schedules, in a timely and systematic manner.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records for MPAC Members.
- Prepare reports based on data compiled pertaining to MPAC submissions.
- Attend to Product Playbooks, Product Inventory, Product and BWS Change Requests, including handling correspondence and queries in the Product Governance's mailbox.
- Maintain the Playbooks Repository site, monitor & follow up on Playbooks uploads and perform sampling checks.
- Update the Product Playbook User Guide SOP and MPAP BWS User Guide timely.
- Track and monitor proposals’ statuses through MPAP approval stages.
- Prepare periodic reports for timely notification to stakeholders and committees where required.
- Act as the main contact for Product Playbook-related matters.
- Attend to stakeholders and relevant business units’ request and inquiries on MPAP, Product Playbook, Product Inventory List and BWS-related matters.
Others: - Conduct road shows/trainings sessions to stakeholders on MPAP/MPAC/BWS submission process.
- To back-up and support duties of other staff in the team when they are away/on leave/in case of any contingencies.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as requested by Unit Head/Head of Dept.

• Support the department in upholding governance of Group Management Product Approval Policies and Procedures for all products, services, and e-banking channels across CIMB entities via the Management Product Approval Committee (MPAC).
• Secretariat role to Management Product Approval Committee (MPAC).
• Custodian of Product Playbook and Administrator for Product Playbook Repository and MPAP Bankwide Workflow Solution (BWS) system.
