Product Strategy & Commercial Performance

• P&L Management: Drive trade product revenue and profitability through ongoing optimization, ensuring product alignment with overarching business goals while maximizing ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze and track product performance metrics, volumes, and yields against commercial goals and budget plans. Generate monthly performance reports and insights for senior management.
• Go-To-Market Execution: Specialize in the execution of product positioning, competitive pricing strategies, and product naming to differentiate offerings in the market.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and client feedback to formulate and implement effective product sales and marketing strategies.

Risk, Governance & Maintenance

• Risk & Compliance: Identify, mitigate, and control end-to-end product risks. Ensure all trade products strictly comply with internal policies, legal frameworks, and local/international regulatory requirements.
• Product Governance: Regularly review, update, and maintain comprehensive Product Programs and operational guidelines to reflect market changes and internal controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Specialist teams to achieve commercial objectives related to volume growth, productivity, profitability, and market penetration.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary point of first reference for all product-related inquiries. 
  Work collaboratively with Service & Delivery / Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve any transactional or system issues.

Trade Finance Product Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle management, profitability, and commercial success of Trade Finance products.
