Role Title: Software Engineering Senior Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 3+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in Full Stack development with knowledge of Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications, owning the complete product lifecycle from frontend development to backend services and intelligent agent orchestration.

This role requires hands-on expertise in building multi-agent systems using Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI-powered workflows using modern AI frameworks and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate should have ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Python, Node, React.js.

• Build and maintain Agentic AI solutions, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation workflows.

• Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices using FastAPI and modern cloud-native architectures.

• Experience building and deploying Generative AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.

• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions, document processing, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI application performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Follow engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and deployment.

• Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.

• Should be able to Write and optimize SQL queries and database integrations to support automation and reporting requirements. Conduct code reviews, workflow audits, and enforce best practices for RPA development.

• Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for developing Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.

• Support QA teams during functional and UAT testing cycles.

• Participate in release management and ensure smooth production deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to maintain business continuity. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning) and client meetings.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years in software development with 3+ years in Full Stack development.

• Proficiency in Node.js, React, Python with experience in APIs, JSON, LINQ, and Excel automation.

• Good hands-on experience with SQL Queries, query optimization, stored procedures, and data integration.

• Knowledge of Lang Chain and Lang Graph for developing Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and integration of REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, JIRA, and Agile SDLC practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Required Experience & Education: 

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. 

• 3-5 years of experience with 3+ years full stack development experience.

Desired Experience:  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath and related intelligent automation concepts.

• Exposure to LEAN, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies.

• Healthcare experience
