Project & Program Management

  • Act as technical project manager / delivery lead for complex digital and IIoT initiatives, owning scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers for multi-stream work programs.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, OT, cybersecurity, operations, vendors, and system integrators.

  • Drive governance routines such as design reviews, steering updates, risk escalations, and decision tracking.

  • Manage vendor delivery, contracts, and performance against agreed SLAs and outcomes.

Large-Scale Deployment & Rollout

  • Lead transition from pilot to large-scale, multi-site production deployment, ensuring repeatability and standardization.

  • Define deployment strategies, rollout waves, site readiness criteria, and cutover plans.

  • Support handover to Technology Deployment Engineers with complete technical, operational, and support documentation.

  • Provide early-life support during hypercare and stabilization phases post go-live.

  • Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and supportable across multiple assets and geographies.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop business cases including value estimation, risk reduction, and operational impact.

  • Align deployments with business priorities, change management needs, and user adoption strategies.

  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and value realization.

Compliance & Standards

  • Identify and scope opportunities for autonomy, robotics, and remote operations aligned with FOF goals.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.

  • 10+ years of industry experience in operations, digital, OT, IIoT, or engineering environments, including field instruments, control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), interfaces, and industrial communication protocols.

Project & Delivery Experience

  • Proven experience acting as Project Manager or Technical Delivery Lead for medium to large-scale industrial digital programs.

  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise or multi-site deployments, moving solutions from pilot to production scale.
