Objective Summary
We are seeking multiple enterprise Inventory / Transition Data Analysts to support the core production database and asset tracking workflows for the Chameleon Telecommunications Services Support Team (TSST) in support of the DITCO Transition Program Management Office (PMO). This critical position holds direct accountability for executing high-volume technical data validation and inventory research tasks across 551,000 global service records. The ideal candidate must possess an extensive professional chronology demonstrating 2+ years of IT experience. This timeline should showcase strong capability across data parsing, records verification, multi-source spreadsheet comparison, anomaly tracking, and the generation of structured status reports within highly secured federal parameters.
This expert will ensure the master transition database remains fully current, tracking lines by agency name, service configuration, and scheduled cutover timelines to prevent data fragmentation during massive contract-to-contract migrations.

Mandatory Compliance Metrics
Candidates must satisfy these strict gates to ensure a successful Government onboarding determination:
  • Resume must explicitly reflect a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/scientific discipline alongside 2+ years of total IT experience.
  • Must possess a verified, active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
  • Must be fully available to execute data analysis tasks and support team timelines between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday.
  • Must sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission of their credentials for this specific DISA/DITCO contract opportunity at the designated target rate.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume tactical inventory research, data entry, and records validation tasks to support complete contract transition visibility.
  • Research and compare complex telecommunications service records across Government databases, GSA vendor portals, and multi-carrier billing spreadsheets.
  • Identify, document, and cross-reference discrepancies in quantities, usage metrics, billed amounts, and line features to maintain a clean master dataset.
  • Update and maintain massive tracking spreadsheets and database fields, ensuring customer and vendor point of contact (POC) emails, phone numbers, and site addresses remain perfectly accurate.
  • Extract data and structure recurring daily, weekly, and cumulative status reports organized dynamically by agency name for program leadership.
  • Log Outside-Generated Reports (including Status of Action Messages and In-Effect Reports) directly into internal tracking registries.
  • Track the live progression of sites under review, identifying which locations have pending orders written, which are being validated, and which have completed cutovers.
  • Support the Lead Data Specialist in executing systematic updates to the master tracking baseline to eliminate data variance.
Core Data & Technical Domain Capabilities
  • Strong quantitative data analysis background with proven experience maintaining large, complex data registries or inventory baselines.
  • Advanced operational proficiency with Microsoft Excel, utilizing lookups, formatting macros, and pivot tables to isolate errors across multiple data sources.
  • Familiarity or direct exposure to processing telecommunications billing records, circuit manifests, or carrier service logs is highly preferred but not mandatory if reconciliation skills are strong.
  • Capability to learn and navigate federal provisioning and data applications; DISA/DITCO will provide system training for StoreFront and related government-centric applications.
Governance, Clearance & Government Infrastructure
  • Comprehensive discipline in protecting sensitive government data assets, unclassified Controlled Technical Information (CTI), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in compliance with DoDI 5200.48.
  • Direct experience operating within a structured, compliance-driven framework, maintaining detailed change tracking logs for audit readiness.
  • Strict compliance with defense personnel vetting rules, ensuring all database activities conform with Continuous Evaluation criteria within the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
Preferred Domain Expertise
  • Direct incumbent experience supporting the DISA/DITCO Telecommunications Service Support Team (TSST).
  • Prior exposure to or familiarity with federal inventory management tools such as GSA E-Morris, TIBI, TBI, TCOSS, DISA StoreFront, or WWOLS.
