Associate Director, Project Management

Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving strategies, supporting team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Conduct scenario planning and support business case preparation for projects within the PMO.
• Maintain consistent meeting management and communication protocols, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.
• Identify project objectives and milestones, track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and sustaining effective project management processes within the PMO.
• Collaborate with global teams on improvement initiatives and other cross-functional projects.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic decision making.
• Drive communication and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Embrace negotiation tactics to find business critical solutions in a timely manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience in project management or related fields
• Proficiency in project management practices and tools
• Relevant project management certifications
• Familiarity with oncology or biotech environments
• Experience with small/startup work environments and interfacing with external partners.
• Commercial launch experience.

The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at ($172,000-$185,000). The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity. In addition, to the base salary, CG Oncology offers a very attractive set of Total Rewards (including bonus and equity) and Well-Being Benefits provided as part of the overall compensation package for this role.
