Description
As the Agile and Delivery Practice we are responsible for supporting the various business units and product managers to ensure that we predictably deliver the right outcomes, at the right time to high quality.
 
We work across a number of business units and are responsible for multiple scrum teams. On a day to day basis we work with the business to help translate product roadmaps into actionable deliverables and work across and within the scrum teams and business units to drive good practice, to support the various practices and to ultimately deliver good outcomes and to continually improve.

About the role

As part of the Agile and Delivery Practice you will be required to support this amongst others in the following ways:
  • Actively run all necessary ceremonies and practices for two scrum teams
  • To support the practice lead to ensure alignment with our other practices such as product, engineering and quality.
  • Responsible for taking a lead on establishing healthy team dynamics. Ensuring teams are collaborative and communicating effectively with each other and are continuously driving towards cohesive best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum and managing blockers, risks and impediments to progress
  • Supporting the practice lead to ensure transparent and continuous alignment and communication
  • Work with the scrum teams and the practice to drive the delivery of products and services towards outcome
