Description
As the Agile and Delivery Practice we are responsible for supporting the various business units and product managers to ensure that we predictably deliver the right outcomes, at the right time to high quality.

We work across a number of business units and are responsible for multiple scrum teams.  On a day to day basis we work with the business to help translate product roadmaps into actionable deliverables and work across and within the scrum teams and business units to drive good practice, to support the various practices and to ultimately deliver good outcomes and to continually improve.

About the role

As part of the Agile and Delivery Practice you will be required to support this amongst others in the following ways:
  • Work with the scrum teams and the practice to drive the delivery of products and services towards outcomes
  • Collaborate with the practice lead to apply the most appropriate agile delivery methodology as needed to deliver a successful outcome within and across scrum teams
  • Responsible for leading continuous planning practices and run regular agile ceremonies to ensures work is visible, transparent and there is an iterative plan to work towards that is actively communicated and understood by teams & stakeholders
  • To work with the practice lead to support a continually evolving lean agile framework that enables delivery across the various scrum teams, business units and general technology department.
  • Responsible for leading on creating an environment where continuous improvements of teams' working practices can happen, including measuring success, inspecting and adapting.
