This role plays a key part in managing quality assurance processes, supply chain operations, and subcontractor coordination, while working closely with the technical and engineering teams to address client needs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee supply chain operations and quality assurance processes
- Act as the primary contact for client-reported issues; assess situations and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams
- Monitor operational performance and initiate improvements when necessary
- Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to meet client-specific requirements
- Support project management tasks related to customer engagement and service delivery

- Background in hardware/ mechanical engineering or development
- Project management experience, especially in client-facing or cross-functional roles
