Overall Responsibilities We are seeking a junior product develop coordinator to be based in China, working closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager. The successful candidate will serve as the key operational link between our regional Asia-Pacific supplier base and the US Product Development team, assist in costing paper work, and flawless order execution.The ideal candidate should assist on product development and sourcing, with a focus on hair accessories, Fashion Jewelry, cosmetics, personal care, bath product category.

• Assist to distribute Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents to factory partners to initiate the costing process.• Work closely with sourcing manager and assist to monitor costing deadlines, ensuring factory partners submit proposals within established standard operating timelines.• Assist in preparing and maintain comprehensive cost sheets for all new development projects and confirmed production orders.• Collaborate closely with the Vietnam (VN) cross-functional team to facilitate and execute accurate system item creation.
