AI Engineer Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2027)

Job Description

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

• Support AI initiatives for the cloud security team by researching, prototyping, and applying engineering solutions to security workflows and operational challenges
• Assist with building AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and integrations that help analyze cloud security data, identify trends, and improve visibility

• Analyze and help create technical requirements, documentation, test scenarios, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with cloud security and technology partners to document solutions, support adoption of AI-enabled practices, communicate progress, and explore emerging technologies

• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Comply with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period. Experience with LLMs and Model Context Protocol preferred. Knowledge with AWS and Git nice to have.

Pay Range: $18-26/hour
