Alphega Farmacia es la red líder de farmacéuticos y farmacéuticas independientes en Europa. Creada en 2001, actualmente cuenta con más de 10.000* farmacias independientes miembros en Europa, presentes en diez países: República Checa, Francia, Italia, los Países Bajos, Alemania, España, Reino Unido, Turquía, Rumanía y Portugal. En España, Alphega apoya a más de 1.000 farmacias

Alphega Farmacia fue creada y desarrollada por Alliance Healthcare, un proveedor líder de soluciones para el cuidado de la salud en Europa y que ofrece servicios innovadores y de valor añadido a los farmacéuticos y farmacéuticas independientes y a los/las fabricantes.

Misión:
Realizar los procesos del control de las farmacias, de acuerdo con las instrucciones del/de la Director/a de Alphega ad Interim y los procedimientos establecidos, con el objetivo de ofrecer servicios innovadores y nuevas herramientas a las farmacias Alphega y alcanzar el presupuesto previsto.

Funciones habituales:

  • Negociar con laboratorios y KAM de la compañía, (creación y desarrollo de acciones y materiales, puesta en marcha, recogida de datos, etc.).

  • Planificar, proponer contenido y profesorado para cursos acreditados dirigidos a farmacias.

  • Planificar y redactar los contenidos y revisar la descripción y palabras clave de los videos de los canales en uso a los laboratorios.

  • Planificar y redactar los contenidos de los artículos de la web, que se realizan para los laboratorios.

  • Buscar, analizar, planificar y reunirse con proveedores.

  • Dar soporte y realizar visitas con los consultores.

  • Hacer el seguimiento del reclutamiento de farmacias.

  • Negociar con los/las KAM para incluir nuevos productos o el mantenimiento de los existentes.

  • Definir los cargos y los descuento de los productos.

  • Definir las ofertas, según necesidades de negocio, y aprobación de entrada de farmacias en cada uno de ellos.

  • Revisar las modificaciones y materiales de la web de Alphega, por parte de negocio.

  • Resolver las incidencias de su ámbito de responsabilidad.

  • Mantener limpio y ordenado el entorno y lugar de trabajo.

  • Detectar y proponer acciones de mejora continua para la optimización de los procesos de trabajo.

  • Velar por la actualización y la fiabilidad de las bases de datos del ámbito.

  • Cumplir los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.

  • Cumplir la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos y acceso a la información.

  • Desarrollar su trabajo conforme a los procedimientos establecidos y la normativa vigente en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.

  • Cualquier otra función inherente al puesto de trabajo o grupo profesional al que pertenece, que le sea atribuida.

Funciones periódicas:

  • Crear, desarrollar y presentar nuevas acciones y/o servicios para que los KAM los puedan presentar a los laboratorios.

  • Definir el alcance del proyecto de visibilidad y poner en marcha el piloto.

  • Revisar mensualmente los productos excluidos de plataforma.

  • Desarrollar, realizar y revisar las pruebas de nuevas funcionalidades.

  • Revisar materiales y gestionar el perfil de "soporte".

  • Formar en el aplicativo y sus herramientas al equipo.

  • Formar al equipo de consultores y a las farmacias en la plataforma de loyalty.

  • Reportar la información de su ámbito que le sea requerida.

  • Sustituir a otros puestos de la organización, en su ausencia (vacaciones, bajas, etc.).

  • Participar en las reuniones del área/departamento, así como en las reuniones interdepartamentales.

What your background should look like 

Formación y Conocimientos:

  • Titulación universitaria o Grado (Empresariales, Económicas,Farmacia, o similar)

  • Amplia experiencia en el sector farmacéutico/oficina de farmacia- laboratorio

Formación específica y reglamentaria:

  • Producto-sector-mercado

  • Prevención de riesgos laborales

  • Normativa legal vigente

Informática:

  • Ofimática y programas propios de la organización

  • Manejo de excel avanzado

Idiomas:

  • Inglés: Fluido
