Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results-driven individual to lead our technology initiatives and ensure that projects align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in organization and planning, with a keen focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. You will manage multiple projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The individual will work closely with the business to determine optimal outcomes and with the IT Team for resource planning to devise realistic delivery dates.
Key Tasks
Project Planning and Organization:
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Identify project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to organize tasks and monitor progress.
Business Outcome Focus:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into project objectives.
Analyse potential risks and benefits, making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
Measure project success through KPIs and ensure deliverables contribute to overall business strategy.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
Lead cross-functional team members, fostering collaboration and clear communication among team members.
Facilitate regular project meetings and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and challenges.
Budget and Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively and adjust project plans as necessary to meet changing business demands.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (internal and external), managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
General:
Ensure all SOP training and Cencora training are completed in time and in full
