Job Details
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Assists Level 1 to Level 2 infrastructure engineers in event, incident, request and change management
Assists in installing, configuring and testing infrastructure modifications
Works with impacted areas to ensure proper communication/review of requirements and support
Evaluates technical requirements for incidents and requests to determine the impact to the infrastructure including equipment redundancy and capacity requirements
Makes recommendations to improve operational reliability and performance and participates in investigations as needed
Assists team with ITSM data gathering and presentation
Assists in suggesting requirements, methods and procedures for routine maintenance
Investigates alternative methods to expedite problem resolution
Recommends procedures and controls for problem resolution or creates temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented
Reviews checklists and scripts and updates as needed
Documents new or modified infrastructure solutions, modules, test activities/results and other areas such as error handling
Participates in trainings or handover sessions needed to support infrastructure
Ensures all documentation is delivered according to specified guidelines
Assists in documentation reviews and audits and also helps to update it as needed

Education:
Should have an academic degree in IT or technology. Candidate can be a recent graduate, finishing degree or have some prior work experience
Any IT certification is an advantage
Skills and Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IT concepts
Passionate about technology
Good analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills, effective team player
Good presentation skills
Ability to prioritize work load
Understanding of ITSM is a plus
