Now we are looking for a visionary Senior Director Architecture to guide our technical journey.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement architectural vision and strategy, prioritizing scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams and leadership to align the technology roadmap with business and product objectives.
- Mentor and guide Architects and other technical leaders, promoting a culture of learning and professional development.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on Cato.
Requirements:
- 3+ Experience in a Head of Architecture position, VP R&D or similar roles, with proven management experience leading winning architects’ teams.
- 10+ years of experience in design & implementation of complex software systems.
- Excellent understanding of Networking and Security solutions and products.
- Strong background in building and operating SaaS products.
- Strong collaboration skills to understand and translate business and product goals into technical strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and foster teamwork and innovation.
