We are looking for an MIS Executive to join our team and support our data management, analysis, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain sales, inventory, and financial data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including sales performance, stock levels, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and accessible for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the MIS function and implement strategies to enhance data collection, reporting efficiency, and accuracy.
- Coordination: Work closely with the sales, finance, and supply chain teams to gather necessary data and ensure alignment across departments.
- Support: Provide technical support for data-related issues and assist in troubleshooting any problems related to MIS reports or data systems.
- Compliance: Ensure that all data management and reporting activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably within the liquor or FMCG industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong knowledge of database management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Access, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
