Job Description
角色职责:
负责热泵等各类热泵产品的系统方案设计，涵盖热力系统、结构布局以及压缩机、换热器等关键部件的参数选型与匹配；同时编
制产品结构图纸、IOM等技术文件，输出 BOM 表.
收集市场反馈和产品运营数据，针对性地对现有热泵产品做技术改进，比如提升能效、解决质量缺陷，同时推进产品降本工作，通过优化设计和工艺等方式降低生产成本 .
制定样机测试计划并参与测试工作，整理分析测试数据；确保产品符合国内外热泵行业安全、能效等相关标准和法规，同时协助完成产品认证所需的技术资料准备
制定新产品研发计划并推进实施，对接内外部团队与供应商，监管产品开发全流程，确保项目按时交付；此外还需负责新产品上市推广相关的技术支持，以及产品全生命周期的技术管控 .
角色 目的:
研发出契合用户需求与行业趋势的热泵产品，提升产品在市场中的竞争力。
保障热泵产品在性能、质量、安全等方面达标，通过技术优化实现产品降本增效
推动热泵产品技术迭代升级，积累技术成果与专利，完善产品体系，支撑企业在新能源领域的长期稳定发展
最低要求:
本科及以上学历，暖通行业5年以上工作经验，专业需对口，优先考虑热能与暖通空调、制冷工程、机械等相关专业
需掌握热泵、制冷相关的基础理论知识，了解热泵产品的基本原理和开发流程
能熟练使用 AutoCAD & Pro-e 等设计软件
英语口语沟通能力强，能对接团队及相关部门；拥有较好的问题解决能力，对产品数据和技术细节有比较高敏感度
