About the role

 Directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Structural Engineering. Develops project production, design, and inspection efforts to ensure conformance to engineering principles, customer requirements, and quality standards. Plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives for engineering and manufacturing business objectives to satisfy customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

负责中央空调的结构设计、新零件打样、承认。对产品开发中的各种结构问题进行专业分析并找出解决方案。

Responsible for the structural design, new parts proofing and approval of central air-conditioning. Professionally analyse various structural problems in product development and find solutions.

制定结构设计方案及评价计划，跟进项目日程。

Formulate structural design plans and evaluation plans and follow up the project schedule.

负责新产品各评审阶段的技术准备，编制产品BOM表及量产图纸等技术资料。

Responsible for the technical preparation of each review stage of new products, compiling technical materials such as product BOM and mass production drawings.

研究开发新结构新技术，提升产品功能及品质。

Research and develop new structure and new technology to improve product function and quality.

参与产品结构优化和成本控制。

Participate in product structure optimization and cost control.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

本科学历及以上，机械、机电一体化、制冷、热能与动力等相关专业，有一定英语阅读能力；

Undergraduate degree or above, major in machinery, mechatronics, refrigeration, thermal energy and power, etc., with certain English reading ability

精通三维及二维设计软件；

Proficient in 3D and 2D design software

具备良好的执行能力、沟通和书面表达能力，学习能力以及独立工作、积极主动和分析解决问题的能力，有团队合作精神，具有较强的责任心；

Possess good executive ability, communication and written expression ability, learning ability and ability to work independently, be proactive, analyse and solve problems, have teamwork spirit, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

具有五年左右结构设计经验
