Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering: Support the product team in collaborating with stakeholders, including users, internal teams, and external partners, to collect feedback and translate them into clear product requirements — with guidance on objectives, execution details, and acceptance criteria.

  • Operational and Administrative Support: Assist in handling inquiries from stakeholders, such as product operations and customer support teams. Help identify simple issues and opportunities for improvement in internal processes to expedite problem-handling based on findings.

  • Product Development: Support the PM team in driving the development sprint. Work closely with engineering and design to follow up on task progress throughout the product development lifecycle. Help prepare user stories, test cases, and release notes while ensuring smooth and timely delivery of features.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including operations, marketing, engineering, and customer support, to support product launches, gather feedback, and help track any issues or challenges that arise.

  • User Experience: Assist in conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, and compiling insights to contribute to improving platform usability and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Analysis and Insights: Help monitor key product metrics, perform basic data analysis, and prepare reports to support product decision-making. Assist in evaluating user behavior, experiments, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Roadmap Support: Assist product managers in organizing and maintaining the product roadmap. Help document feature ideas, enhancements, and user feedback to support prioritization and planning activities.

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor products. Summarize findings and identify potential areas of differentiation or improvement for the platform.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in product management, technology, e-commerce, or user experience.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

  • Curious, self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of product workflows (requirements, wireframes, QA) is a plus.

  • Experience with Figma, diagramming tools, or prototyping tools is a plus but not required.

  • Passion for the re-commerce and e-commerce industry is a strong advantage.
