Sr Mechanical Engineer/ Asst Manager - Mechanical This role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating the MEP activities with Civil Activities and ensuring smooth execution. Also review of drawings, Site Execution and Quality Assurance and Quality Control is part of this profile. About the Role: • Review the MEP drawings are aligned as per the Project Requirements. • Coordinate with Contractor for smoot execution of works. • Coordinate with Civil activities for proper execution and sequencing of works at site. • Quality Assurance and Quality Control is maintained for all the works.. • Review all the MEP-related drawings with respect to the Civil drawings. • Review and coordinate that the material supplied at site is as per BOQ specs and quantities. • Review and coordinate that the work execution at site is as per approved drawings and as per approval quality parameters. • Ensure regular measurement of the completed work has to be done for ease of billing purpose. • Check and Certify the measurement for the executed works About You: • B.E BE Mechanical with 12 to 15 years of experience particularly in warehouse / industrial projects. • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works • Excellent organizational and motivational skills • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
