Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is inviting expressions of interest from project management professionals to support upcoming Technical Services & Data Center projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

This opportunity will support the delivery of technically complex development projects, with exposure to pre-construction, early works, project coordination, procurement, construction management, and stakeholder engagement. The role will work closely with experienced project leaders, consultants, contractors, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role:

  • Support the delivery of technically complex projects across pre-construction and construction phases, assisting with project planning, design coordination, procurement, early works, site execution, handover, and project close-out.

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, technical documentation, drawings, RFIs, progress reports, action trackers, and other project controls to ensure activities remain aligned with agreed milestones and deliverables.

  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, and vendors to coordinate multidisciplinary project activities, follow up on deliverables, and proactively identify and escalate project risks or issues.

  • Support tendering and procurement activities, including preparation and coordination of tender documentation, contractor submissions, bid evaluations, change requests, progress claims, and project records.

  • Conduct site visits and support project monitoring across progress, quality, safety, technical compliance, and program performance while maintaining accurate reporting and project documentation.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Previous experience in project management, construction management, project coordination, engineering, or technical project delivery.

  • Exposure to data centers, mission-critical facilities, MEP-intensive developments, industrial facilities, or other technically complex construction projects is highly advantageous.

  • Good understanding of project documentation, construction processes, design and MEP coordination, procurement, scheduling, and site execution, with strong organizational and project administration skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with professional English proficiency and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary local and regional project teams.
