About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10-14 years of experience in MEP project management, construction, fit-outs, or building services.

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and MEP coordination.

• Experience in managing contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders on large commercial, residential, industrial, or data center projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
